I did size up, but I’m in between sizes right now and the medium felt great, but feared after several washes I’d start to feel too tight, so to be safe I exchanged for a large.

The only negative would be the material on the inside where the stripes go down either side can be distracting as there are loose flaps of material. Other than that its a good breathable shirt thats ideal for lots of training activities. Night Cargo color is really nice.
