I bought this hamper for my Dad and. . . he loved it. He said it was a lovely hamper - an absolute cracker. The chocolate went down a treat, the caramelised onion chutney was just lovely amd the wicker basket is of excelleny quality. He is lookng forward to tasting the rest of the hamper at his leisure. Full marks for this M&S item. I ordered the item and this year it was delivered within the time I had requested. Thank you for a first class customer experience.

However, he was absolutely delighted with the variety of products and thought the hamper was superb! Bought as a gift when I couldn't think what to buy for a relative. Really lovely hamper. Good wicker with leather straps, it can be reused as a picnic hamper or storage chest. It's clear what hamper contains, But I thought I could have opened hamper and added a couple more bottles of wine. Wasn't possible or really needed as hamper was really well packed, presentation was fantastic. I left it as it was, a lovely present

The hamper was excellent and of a high quality. However, the hamper was a wedding gift and was supposed to include a card stating who it was from and convey best wishes. In the event, no card was present so the recipients had no idea who the hamper was from. It took some time and numerous questions form the happy couple to determine that it was from me. Apart from that, everything was fine. A shame that the service was let down by this.
