Cotton Rich Secret Support™ Bra Vest

The perfect vest top! I bought one to give it a go and see how it fits. It’s a decent fit, with no side bits pocking out down the sides of my bra line / arms. I sized up just in case. The padding is also decent and I don’t need to wear a bra underneath the top, support is enough. I ordered a couple more in the other colours too.

Comfortable for easy going days. Ideal under any item for simple support

At 57 and post menopausal, my skin has become sensitive and I find wearing bras can often be uncomfortable but I still (obviously) need the support. These vests are perfect for my needs - I have bought 2 smokey green (lovely colour), 2 white and 1 black. I have also bought some of the other style with the lower neckline. Size wise: I am 5ft 3", normally a size 8-10 top, 32DD/30E bra. The size 8 is perfect, I don't wear a bra with it but it contains my girls where I want them to be. The size 10 was very comfortable but not so supportive. The length is down to mid bum. I have read a few complaints about the detachable padding but have not had any problems. I ALWAYS remove the pads before laundering because a cycle in the washing machine can ruin the pads (learnt that the hard way with previous bralette tops that had detachable pads). My advice would be to take just a few moments and look at the pads before putting them back in. You should see a very small embossed number which corresponds with the size of your top (in my case an 8). The side of the pad that has that number on, should be against your skin. The pad is the shape of a distorted tear drop. Fold the top horizontally over so that the pointy top of the pad touches the bottom part of the pad, and then fold it horizontally again (so that it looks a little bit like a cigar). Slide the pad back inside the little side opening and, once you have the bottom part of the pad in position, start to (carefully) unfold the pad upwards until the pointy part of the tear drop is in position and pointing towards the shoulder. If you do this calmly and without rushing, it should not be an issue and, with practice, will only take a few seconds. If you make sure that the little embossed number is facing towards your skin, the pad won't make your girls look a funny shape. Trust me, two young adult daughters plus myself = lots of bralettes and tops with detachable pads to be laundered... I have had a lot of practice. My tops have been laundered and worn a lot and they wash and wear really well. I absolutely love these tops and wouldn't change anything about them.

The old secret support vests were much better than these. The bust padding is in the wrong place (for me) and fiddly to take in and out. Please bring back the old ones with scoop neck and no padding.

Just super comfy and quite supportive really for an everyday wear. Not to tight either

The sizing is way out on these which is such a shame as it’s a great idea especially for holidays .i ordered the 18 im a 14:16 top I couldn’t even get over my head ordered the 20 still way too tight.ive now ordered the 22 which I havnt tried yet but ridiculous sizing seriously needs looking at
