Pure Cotton Pleated Maxi Skirt

The quality is very good, fit is good, true to size, but Not what I call slimline. Like the other pair, I had to take them in at the side seam to get the slim leg I wanted.

Not too short for once and, although not yet worn them, they look really good. I always need to take thighs in a little as normally too baggy, but with these hardly at all.

Say they sit just below the waist, but they sit perfectly on the waist,thank goodness, I don't like low waist trousers but these are a great normal fitting trouser, and really comfortable.

These are beautiful quality velvet trousers, the best I have seen in a long time, and a great price. Velvet this quality would normally cost at least twice as much. Sadly, they really only look right with flats. They bunch up around the ankle when you wear with heels rather than cover the shoe. It would have been better had they been either narrower or a bootleg. I wanted them to wear for evening with heels, but they just didn't work. I would recommend them if you are tall and can carry off flats without looking dumpy.

Lovely soft fabric, they look very good quality. Waist fits fine however the hips/ legs could have been a touch smaller.

Love these velvet trousers so much, I bought 2 pairs - regular length to wear with flats and long length to wear with heels. I'm a curvy size 14 and the fit at waist and hips is perfect. The velvet fabric is the ideal weight to make the trousers hang well and look expensive. The style is timeless - I'll be wearing these for yours to come.

After several days of looking for velvet trousers, also ordering 2 different designs from M & S on line and being very disappointed with fit and colours, decided I was looking for the impossible!! Walking out of the store after returning yet another pair that didn't fit, happened to see this pair, the only size 12, grabbed them, rushed to the fitting rooms to try them, was thrilled to find that they were the perfect fit also were nestled on my waist, not on the tummy, so all in all a very happy bunny.

Very smart trousers, quite dressy. The fit was good but leg length not as stated on line. Slim trousers supposedly 29 inches in medium These are 31 inches which is ok with a heel but a tad long for me in flat shoes. I would have tried the short as they were supposed to be 27 inches so might actually be 29! there were none left so may have to get my needle out. Ugh, hate altering new things. Otherwise I like them very much.

Size 14 was too big but I liked the quality, so re ordered a 12 and this was perfect. Just enough stretch and a smooth line.

Really lovely quality velvet, good fit. Only criticism is that the med length is 2" longer than stated.

I am very happy with this purchase. i haven't worn them outside yet because I am keeping them new for Christmas Day but I am sure they will be much admired worn with the lovely Per Una blouse I bought to wear with them
