The items are fine, however the branch lost the parcel and could'nt locate it. We spent 45 mins in the branch whilst they tried to locate it. Eventually they decided to recreate the order from stock in the store and luckily they were all in stock; this is unusual as normally they wouldn't be hence why the online order.

Very comfortable with the wider sides and straps. Lovely quality cotton.

Ordered my normal size but had to send back as they came up a little small on the cup size. Re-ordered, very comfortable.

I’ve recently switched from underwired bras to non wired and really struggled to find one that fits properly, supports well and is comfortable. Finally this one ticks the boxes. It has a very soft feel and is far less expensive than my other failed purchases. Well done M&S.

This is as comfortable a style of bra as can be hoped for, for women who generally find bras uncomfortable and difficult to wear. It's well designed, good quality, and soft, although it doesn't limit bulging at the sides for those of us with larger cup sizes (would need stronger side panels to the cups for that). But be very careful about the sizing, and ignore all advice that says the band size in inches, e.g. 38, should be the size you measure around the chest beneath breasts. That's an absolute load of nonsense. I tried several sizes - the 34 measured just 24" on the band! The cup size made no difference. Only a child could have got that around them, and it came nowhere near being close to doing up - many inches off! I measure 32 1/2 under bust (band) and 40 around full bust. The size 40 was correct - contrary to all advice about measuring bras sizes. And the size 40 actually measured just under 34" on the band. Cup sizes only adjusted fullness.

I bought this bra as M&S didn’t have my usual underwires bra so I thought I’d give a non wired bra a go. However found it thick and gave me a uni boob which resulted in a sweat rash. Going back to underwire as soon as I can find one!!
