Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly.

These were a birthday present from my son, this bouquet looks beautiful on the website but unfortunately they don't last for long. This was a replacement bouquet after my original purchase weren't up to standard, complained to M&S customer service who were brilliant and sent me a replacement which arrived in a better state than the original but honestly l won't order that bouquet again because they don't last well.l have had different bouquets from M&S that lasted for over two weeks but this one struggle to make a week and for that reason I won't recommend it.

Flowers has a very short life
Disappointed spent £45 when I received the flowers which were for our 25th Wedding Aniversary they seemed discoloured. Not sure if I will use Mark's again.

Beautiful flowers but the were all well out when delivered to me. Peonies usually last weeksxand weeks. Yhey didnt A beautiful selection of flowers but they went too quickly. Expensive so disappointing for my daughter who sent them

Blooms especially roses didn’t open and petals yellowed on tips instead of opening. Lisianthus good but disappointing bouquet considering the cost. It was a lot smaller than expected. Usually quality of flowers bought instore excellent but these sadly didn’t meet that standard. Only guaranteed for 5 days.
