Tessa C Stylish lamp I bought this lamp in the orange colourway last year. Love the style, however over some months the shade has faded badly so that it is now a pale apricot colour! This does spoil the look of the item and I shall probably end up having to replace the shade, which is annoying and not what I would have expected to happen so soon.

Iloveretro Shame Unfortunately my lamp is as bad as the one previously reviewed. Clearly there is no quality control on these, which is a surprise with the Conran brand. The ceramic base is really patchy. It's purple and was reduced to £30 but not as expected/hoped. I'd rather have it than not have it, as I can just about get away with it where it's positioned, but may get in touch with M&S none-the-less.

( by this time we where fed up with all the inconvenience of it ). The initial attraction to the lamp was the ceramic base which is the main feature. If this product was on display in the store we would not have bought it.
