I am 5'7", 130lbs, bought a small size, it's a little tight for my body, but able to show my shoulder muscle, bicep, tricep and 6 packs, product was made by stretch material, able to keep you comfortable and warm in the cold weather, I love this product and don't hesitate to recommend to anyone who wanted to show off their body muscle.

I got a large but it feels like a small. The seams are uncomfortable and itchy on your torso and the turtleneck goes so high it irritates my neck
