Good cold weather running tights

These are great cold weather running tights, for temperatures around 20-35 degrees F. They're also more affordable than other products marketed specifically as "running" tights. The pocket, which the older versions of these did not have, is a big plus for being able to store keys, phone, gloves, etc. They do seem slightly smaller/tighter than older versions, so you could potentially buy a size up but do not necessarily need to.

These leggings do offer decent warmth, but they are remarkably tight. I don't exactly have huge legs, and I struggle to get these on without tearing them. I worry they will actually reduce circulation to my legs, which would actually hamper staying warm. They feel tighter than most compression shorts.
