Got this gear to wear on those super cold days under the snow pants. They are thin and skin forming enough to not impact the fit of the boot along the lower leg (big deal for performance skiing) and warm enough to keep you on the mountain.

Bought these for my son who is about 150lbs but only 5'4"... the ankles were too tight and he couldn't pull them on very easily The waist was way too big. He does better with the 3/4 length with his build and height but they were not available in the cold gear style.

I was looking for a warm baselayer, and that's exactly what these are. I also love that there's a side pocket that's large and snug enough to securely hold a flagship smartphone. One possible improvement may be to include a fly. Another possible improvement would be to add Infrared technology for extra warmth (I know that'd probably be a different product/SKU. I saw ColdGear Infrared Leggings at my local outlet, but they're nowhere to be found on the website!)

Ordered these while on sale and glad I did. The quality is great on these pants. The material feels very comfortable and soft with just the right amount of compression. I don’t like for these type of pants to be too tight yet not too loose either so I usually size up to an XL instead of Large and they fit great.
