This is the first time I purchased a Herschel bag for work. I’m so glad I did. The bag is well-made with ample space for my laptop, notebooks, files, chargers, water bottle, etc. I love the dusty rose color — not childish but soft and as neutral as a shade of pink can be. I’m a huge fan!

I love this backpack! It’s probably one of the lightest that I ever owned but the straps are annoying. They keep getting longer even though I will shorten them. It just seems like it can’t hold up the weight that I’m putting into my backpack. Wished they would have stronger straps!

I'm glad that they'e made improvements since I purchased my first City Backpack a few years ago. For the price the strap wears over time and breaks or has a deep visible crack/crease in it. Perhaps to prevent this they use real leather or create a way to reinforce the faux strap.

This backpack is perfect for work. Looks professional, not like a kids backpack. Material is sturdy but stylish. Plenty of room for a laptop and more. Side pockets are just the right size for a water bottle. Highly recommend.
