Spent over £20 on woppin watermelon has no colour at all when tried on, really dissatisfied would love a refund as very poor product, have brought several of these before different colours and they were great

So, I really wanted to find a very minimal barely there color lip balm with lots of moisture. I actually sampled this in the store but I don't think the tester applicator was the same. Had I seen this looked almost like a "pencil/crayon" type application (i.e with not a lot of moisture), I never would have bought it. (you kind kinda see by looking at it, it's not a lot of moisture. Anyway, got it home opened it up, tried it on, and upon first application, two bright pink crumbs on my lips (moisturizing lip balm should NOT flake up) after two swipes of the stick. Very disappointing, esp. since Clinque products aren't exactly cheap compared to drugstore makeup.

I've ummed and ahhed for ages about buying this Chubby Stick as I think it's quite expensive for basically a lip ball... finally took the plunge and ordered from Boots. Went for Whopping Watermelon. What a let down. I agree it's a lovely balm but the colour is non existent! Doesn't look like I've got any colour on my lips at all. Waste of money in my opinion

I bought Heaping Hazelnut and I can't see any colour on my lips at all except a rather muddy light brown. I had used another Chubby Stick in Raisin and it was a bit too bright (it's now discontinued) and I thought this new shade was paler. It is . But too pale. I guess it just confirms what I'd always thought- don't buy lipsticks online, no matter how tempting the offers are!

I've just bought Richer Raisin and it simply disappears on my lips. Very disappointed. I've previously bought Whole lotta Honey and thought I would go one darker but obviously I was wrong. Now I'm not sure what colour to buy. However, the product itself is moisturising so I've simply bought the wrong colour! I am quite tanned.

Probably dont need another review about how good these are but these are SO GOOD! Great buildable colour and so many choices. I recently got mega melon and love it, a really pretty subtle red with a sort of gold undertone/shimmer- would definitely reccommend to someone looking for a cute but understated red!

I love the chubby stick lip range, this is probably my favourite product Clinique make. I don't like wearing lipstick everyday, but I like to wear a hint of colour on my lips and the chubby stick does just that, a lovely hint of colour. My lips are really dry so the product also provides me a lot of relief in terms of dryness. I think the product is pretty long lasting too. I usually put it on before work at 8 in the morning, and I can still see the product on my lips around 11/12pm. Really love these sticks, so natural and subtle, but a great pop of colour!
