Really nice looking trousers - I actually found the pair I received on the small / snug side compared to other trousers I’ve had in the same size (i’m 5 foot 10, 16 long). Reading the reviews I wonder if there was some variation/ inaccuracies in the sizing for this style? Anyway. They look nice.

Loved the checked material. Bargain price in the sale. But the buttoned pockets gaped ruining the line/ hang of this pair of trousers. Will reluctantly need to return them.

I am 5ft 7ins so bought short in order to get a full crop. The material is very comfortable and the button detail on the pockets is a really nice touch. Navy, blue and mustard check is great colour-way and with egg-yolk yellow pumps makes me feel really stylish and summery even in the recent down pours.

The blue ones I wanted were out of stock, ordered these 7/8 in standard size as wanted full length trousers. They did fit but lacked shape, a bit baggy and material scratchy. Went back and ordered brown check instead, which I kept.

I really like these trousers. I’ve bought a few ankle grazers from this range now and these are my favourite but from the first wear the stitching quickly came loose and even putting them on would loosen the stitching at the waist band. Currently on a pile awaiting mending as both gems are down after only 2 or 3 wears.

I'm 5'4" tall and a standard size 12, but size 8/10 more often than not in M&S. I ordered size 10 short and they are a perfect fit and cropped length. Look great with heels. Attention to pattern matching on the seams is very good. Recommend. Only negative, the side and back pockets have buttons and a buttonhole. The buttons are a brown mix, match nothing in the colour palette and cheapen the look. I substituted them for dark navy and although this is purely personal, the trousers look much better.

These are supposed to be 7/8 trouser I am 5'2" and the long is nearly 6" too long and the medium is 4" too long Please listen to all the complaints about leg length Also the waistband vary by an inch between the these two pairs Otherwise the general style is fine but don't expect 7/8 trousers
