Lovely style shoe but the sizing is terrible. High heels I need one size down but the reviews said these were quite small sizing so I ordered my normal size as well. Too big and too small - really poor fitting. The chestnut ones were better but really needed half size options and a lower heel.

Look great - well-proportioned and on trend. A little narrow, as others have said, and higher than expected: the description said 75mm but in size 8 it’s 90mm. Quite comfy nonetheless, and the faux leather is nice and flexible.

These shoes look nice but the synthetic material under the gold chain pushes down on your foot and is very painful. By the end of the day I could barely walk.

Nice looking shoe, seem to be very good quality. They were very difficult to get on, but then seemed to fit like a glove. However, by the end of the first day of wearing these, I had lost all feeling in my feet. Maybe the shape of my feet and these shoes aren’t compatible or maybe they are a poor design.

The buckle on the shoe is so tight that it’s so hard to push your foot in. I will be returning these. I can’t believe M&S has made shoes like this
