Cap Sleeve Shift Dress

Love this dress! Amazed it suits my pear shape,the material is thick,heavy and just enough stretch to hold in any lumps and bumps,wearing mine with heels and blouses under or boots and skinny polo necks.

I love this dress, simple, great thick material - good to hide some lumps and bumps, not too much excess material and hangs well. I will use it with a jacket for work, or with boots at the weekend. Haven't washed as yet - not sure how the material will fare, keeping my fingers crossed won't shrink or fade.

Fabulous dress. The material is heavy but the dress hangs beautifully and does not crease. Very flattering shape and good length. Can be worn with a variety of colourful accessories. Fitted perfectly, I feel great when wearing it. I am 5'8" tall and the length was just right but maybe for someone shorter it would be too long. Would certainly recommend it.

Nice fabric; nice design. And washable which is so nice. It is such a pity... According to the photo it looks like the dress should cover the shoulders, but it doesn't. Arm holes are big, so I would not feel comfortable wearing it at work. Too much flesh exposed around the shoulder-upper-arms area. Returned it after trying it on.

Beautifully cut dress in a heavy weight so hangs really well. Had to get a size smaller as they were quite generous. I got one in black too!

Bought in store so I was able to downsize to 10. Great fit and colour and very on trend. I would have preferred a wool-mix fabric but with a similar weight jacket or coat and thick(er) tights it will prove an all-round favourite.

The colour is glorious and the style is very contemporary but it feels heavy on and I had to keep adjusting the neck line.

Scuba fabric in an Aline midi works very well to my surprise. Looks elegant and received positive compliments.

this dress has a lot of design potential and one of the more adventurous styles online but on me it didn't fit as well as I would have wanted for the price and at full price I was reluctant to start having to pin it to get the best silhouette for myself. The back zip/neckband stuck in the back of my neck once done up and was uncomfortable. The length was good on me (5'9") at mid calf. Great weight of cloth and I really wanted to like this but I sent it back.

I normally wear a size 16 but when I tried it on I was lost inside it. I eventually settled on a size 12 with a sucker in body underneath .. it is super flattering and slimming. The cup sleeves and nipped in waist take pounds away plus the olive colour is gorgeous with my gingery hair

Liked the fit and style of this dress but it is so heavy. Felt I would be worn out if I wore it all day

I love this dress. I loved it on the hanger but it looks even better on. I bought It in black to take home to try on. It's on trend, fabulous heavyweight fabric that drapes beautifully and it fits perfectly in all the right areas. The capped sleeves are a bonus for those that don't have great arms...I am a middle aged, curvy size 16 who usually finds dresses too formal, twee, suitable only for weddings or holidays by the beach or just plain boring. It can be worn with sneakers, ankle boots, sandals or brogues . I love it so much I bought the green one too and then I went out and bought a leather jacket to wear with them! A pair of helpful opaque tights takes away any areas that you may not be happy with. A great, trendy, classy looking dress in lovely fabric at a good price.

At first I was not sure having read some reviews. I am pear shaped and it fits perfectly for my body shape in my usual size 14. I love the colour too. It will be ideal in winter with knee length boots and a lovely coat as I don't have a bomber jacket. I think it will go well with a long cardigan too.

Love this dress bought the dark olive and was thinking it would be too long but the style and fabric makes it so perfect even though I'm only 5ft 5 still think it looked great especially with a nice pair of heels love the olive colour very in vogue with all the khaki colours about this season
