Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Short lived
No, I don't recommend this
Very pretty once in a vase and water, but within two days all the Calla lilies had rotted and a further couple of days the roses had expired. Very shot lived a rather disappointing.

Extremely disappointing
Sent to a close friend to congratulate on a lifetime an achievement award. I thought £60 would secure a pretty decent bouquet, and the description certainly sounded perfect. My friend sent me a couple of photos on request that show a paucity of flowers overall and a predominance of roses - and rather sad-looking roses at that, some appear to be have rotting petals. A single lily in a dark purple colour. They sell better bouquets at motorway service stations. Extremely disappointing and has put me off sending flowers via M&S in future.
