Our stock moves super fast. If you’ve used our ‘Out of Stock?’ feature, we’ll do our best to let you know when the item is back in stock and ready to order on our website, either by email or text depending on the details you’ve given us. This service works on a first come, first serve basis so we cannot guarantee you’ll be contacted each time.
Bra Fit is back and now available in selected stores, click here to find your nearest store and book an appointment. Measures are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers. On arrival at the lingerie fitting room, you will be asked if you have had the recent onset of a new continuous cough, do you have a high temperature or Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell? Hand sanitiser will be provided. Our bra-fit specialists wear face coverings and visors and we ask that you wear a face covering during your appointment, unless exempt. Fitting rooms and tape measures are sanitised and appointments are conducted from at least a one metre distance. Please be prepared to give your details for track and trace. If you are unable to access one of our bra fitting stores, colleagues in your local store will still be on hand to help you find the perfect bra while our specialist fitting service remains closed
We also have an online bra size calculator, which gives you a step-by-step guide on how to measure yourself.
If you’re simply after more information about our different bra styles, see our bra fit guide.
For the safety of you and our colleagues, we’ve introduced some new measures. When you arrive for your appointment, please check in at the Lingerie Fitting Room, where your fitter will take your temperature and invite you to sanitise your hands, using the sanitiser provided. Our fitters will be wearing a face covering and a visor and we ask that you also wear a face covering (unless you are exempt) for the duration of your fitting. Your fitter will take you into a fully sanitised fitting room cubicle, provide you with a sanitised tape measure and complete your fitting from a minimum distance of 1m. We will also ask for your details for track and trace purposes.
The health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority so we have temporarily paused our suit fitting service. Our expert teams in store can still advise you on finding the perfect size and fit, so please do ask.
