Give a barbecue that can't fail to put a smile on people's faces. We have sharing plates a-plenty, including our ginormous Daddy of all burgers for four, then there's our succulent Korean BBQ flat iron steak – delicious sliced thinly for an epic steak sarnie or arranged on a platter for a fresh summer salad.
Or how about our Texas-style slammers? Green jalapeños stuffed with cheese encased in outdoor bred pork sausage and wrapped in bacon, they're heavenly served with a chunky pineapple, chilli and mint salsa. They're the perfect excuse to fire up the grill and spend some quality time with friends and family.

Perfect for sharing, our Daddy of all burgers is made with juicy pulled barbecued beef, stuffed with a creamy cheese sauce that oozes out when cut, and wrapped in streaky bacon. It's best served in one of our butter-and-egg-enriched giant brioche buns and finished with iceberg lettuce, slices of fresh tomato and a generous dollop of our incredible American-inspired special burger sauce which, with its mild mustard and gherkin flavour, is as good on fries and veggie dishes as it is on meat.

Summer Old Fashioned
Combine two measures of Kenmore blended Scotch whiskey with 1 tsp sugar and 2 drops of Angostura Bitters. Pour over ice and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Cool as a Cucumber G&T
Pour two measures of London dry gin over ice. Top up with Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic and lemon slices, cucumber ribbons and a sprig of rosemary.
Party Punch
Mix two measures of spiced rum, sparkling Brazilian orange and mango pressé and a squeeze of fresh lime juice, Pour into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.
