Lightly brush 6 clean yogurt pots with neutral oil and place on a tray.

Melt the milk chocolate (200 g) and white chocolate (200 g) in separate bowls in the microwave in 30 second bursts, or set over pans of gently simmering water, until smooth.

Pour the melted milk chocolate into four yogurt pots and the white chocolate into the remaining two.

Add your toppings. Mix and match between speckled eggs (as needed), chocolate medley (as needed), star sprinkles (as needed) and mini marshmallows (as needed).

Push a lolly stick into the centre of each pot and chill for 2 to 3 hours until fully set.

To make the hot chocolate, warm the milk (800 ml) in a pan until steaming. Pour into 6 cups and stir in a chocolate stirrer until melted.
