Add the turkey mince (1 pack), everything Greek seasoning (2 tbsp), feta (50 g), panko breadcrumbs (50 g) and lemon zest (1) to a large mixing bowl. Mix, then with clean hands, shape into 16 balls.

Heat a splash of oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the meatballs. Cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown all over and cooked through.

Meanwhile, add the remaining feta (100 g) and yogurt (100 g) to a bowl and mash together with a fork until you have a smooth dip. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the dill (15 g) and the juice of ½ lemon.

Toss the olives (100 g). tomatoes (4), cucumber (1), remaining everything Greek seasoning (1 tbsp), red wine vinegar (1 tbsp), salad leaves (140 g) with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Spread the feta dip into four bowls and top with the turkey meatballs, the salad and a handful of red pepper pitta chips (150 g).
