step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Add the feta (1 pack) to a large baking dish, scatter the chopped pistachios (25 g) and drizzle the honey (1 tbsp) over the feta. Arrange the tomatoes (360 g) around it and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes, until tomatoes and feta are soft.
step 2
Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan filled with hot water to the boil. Add the pasta (400 g) and cook for 13-15 minutes, until al dente, then drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
step 3
Add the cooked pasta, olives (1/2 tub) and harissa (2 tbsp) to the baking dish and mix through, adding a splash of pasta water to loosen, if needed. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
step 4
Top with the basil (15 g) and an extra scattering of chopped pistachios (1 handful).
