Cook the grains (1 pack) in the microwave according to packet instructions. Once hot, toss with the lemony olive oil (1 tbsp) and parsley (1 handful) in a bowl.

Spoon the labneh dip (1 pack) into two shallow bowls then divide the grains between the two bowls. Flake the salmon (1 pack) on top and finish with a handful of rocket (2 handfuls) in each bowl and a final drizzle of olive oil.
