Line a shallow baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt (500 g) with cinnamon (1/2 tsp).

Spread the yogurt evenly on the baking tray, then sprinkle over mixed seeds (100 g) and mixed berries (350 g).

Drizzle with M&S pure honey (to taste) and place in the freezer. Leave to set for at least 2 hours and cut into squares to serve.
