Put the oats (180 g), almond milk (500 ml), cinnamon (1/2 tsp), maple syrup (2 tbsp) and grated apples (2) into a bowl and cover, Leave in the fridge overnight.

The next day, slice the remaining apples (2) into thin half-moons. Divide the bircher into four serving bowls and top each with the pomegranate seeds (1 handful), sliced apple, chopped hazelnuts (1 tbsp) and a few spoonfuls of yogurt (8 tbsp).
