Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The flowers arrived on the right day. The flowers looked good on arrival. I was extremely disappointed in the length of time they had before deterioration set in. In 5 days they were wilting, in 7 days they drooped and had to be thrown away. I suspect they were already several days old by the time they were delivered. Not what I expect from M&S
