Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

My sister received the boxed flowers, they didn't all open, they faded and dropped petals quite quickly. This is disappointing and embarrassing when it was from a collection at work.

It looked very good when it arrived. But disappointed as peonys didn't open much and were dying back quicker than expected. Ive had bouquets before and they've lasted much longer.

I ordered this bouquet for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary. The flowers arrived on time and the blue alliums were gorgeous. Unfortunately, even after 10 days, 40% of the blue eryngium were still green and only one peony fully opened. One peony never opened and the remainder only opened 30-60%. Hugely disappointed compared to previous orders.

Bought as a gift, never looked like the picture unfortunately. Two flowers never opened at all before the others died, and it was mostly thistles. Looked pretty at some points though.

So the flowers were lovely put every peonie was riddled with ants! Brought the flowers o doors and before we knew it our kitchen was overrun with them. Had to take the flowers outside and leave them there

mostly they were beautiful. the smell of the peonies was lovely, however 2 did not come out (one just did not bloom, the other tried to but just fell off) the rest bloomed beautifully.
