Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The bouquet looked great on arrival, but the roses failed to open fully and withered in a few days. Admittedly, this was during a heatwave, but we followed the care instructions, so would have expected them to last longer.

I always use M&S for gifting flowers- the process was fine as always, however the message I had written eas never attached. Therefore the recipient never knew the flowers were from me! This made me quite upset as it was a very special occasion! Tried to contact M&S afterwards and couldn’t find any contact details to raise a complaint!

My bunch had a lot more leaves bulking out the bouquet. The roses never opened nor did some of the germini. The photo was after 2 days, I could have kept the open flowers for longer but it didn’t really feel it was worth it. Disappointed as M&S flowers are usually so good and last beyond the 7 day promise.

Unfortunately the person I purchased these flowers for was so disappointed in the quality. Most of the flower heads were hanging down and didn’t recover in water. I believe she contacted M&S and received a refund.

The first order was delivered to the wrong address. The second order arrived and I was sent a photo of them from my 94yo FiL. I will not buy mixed “bouquets” from M&S again. Bunches of roses seem to be a safer bet.
