Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I sent this arrangement to my mum following illness - she who just loves flowers. Although the arrangement was bright and colourful unfortunately the roses were almost dead. In fact my mum had to throw them away after 24 hours which is not good. Not particularly happy to be honest.

The first bunch arrived on our 55th wedding anniversary and by the following morning several flowers looked dead. I rang M&S who agreed to send a replacement bouquet. Unfortunately 5 days later these are in a poor condition with half now dead. Very disappointing for my wife
