Boys' Slim Leg Longer Length School Trousers

Have longer legs and adjustable elastic waist - fantastic for my slim 14 year old at 5' 8"!

I love that M&S school uniforms come in many different sizes, especially as my boys are tall with little meat on them. The Extra Long are a perfect fit. Wash lovely on wool, dry on synthetics and hang up - no need to iron. Great product and great price too.

Bought these to match the blue blazer to make an economical outfit for a wedding. Returned as my son found the material a bit scratchy, it is different to the regular fit long length trousers. The fit wad good, however.

My son is tall and skinny, bought these in an age smaller so they would fit better around the waist and they are perfect in length.

Good length trousers for my tall, slim son. However, the adjustable waist did not work properly in four pairs of trousers purchased. The elastic in the waistband would not pull through to adjust the size and make it smaller.

My son is unusually tall and lean for his age. These trousers are just the ticket. They don’t look like clown’s trousers on him like many. Good value and quality and they wash well. I’d be lost without m&s as an alternative to the regulation school uniform shop (which doesn’t fit my son)!

My sons are both tall and slim, and regular length trousers either hang high or need to be gathered a lot at the waist. These are great - small waist size so they hang beautifully, but long enough to cover the ankles. Great quality too.

This is the second year that we’ve purchased this style. Our son is quite tall and skinny for his age. They wash really well. He lives the fit and comfort of them. Will be ordering more if he manages to wear through them whilst having to much fun in the class room and on the playground.

My 14 year old son is very slim and currently wears 12-13 regular fit long leg. They were getting a bit short, and unfortunately M&S don't make the extra long in navy, so we bought this 12-13 slim fit in extra long. Legs indeed very long and slim, which is great but the hip too was smaller than the same sized trousers in regular fit so we're going to have to go up a size. The waist was huge - quite out of proportion for the hips.

Trousers are good, service very good. One pair was without any labels so had obviously been returned but no new labels added.

My son is very tall for his age with a very small waist. These trousers were ridiculously long. I have always purchased extra long for him. The length doesn't match the size guide unfortunately.

I had trouble getting a pair of these trousers last year that didn't have the elastic sewn into the waist band. This year it took me ordering 8 pairs to get 2 that weren't faulty. Not good enough Marks and Spencer. I will be buying somewhere else next year.

Managed to get the last pair online for my tall, long-legged teenage son. He had tried on a pair of age15-16 years in-store which were slightly big around the waist but the regular leg length were too short. Advertised as adjustable waist and could see elastic and buttons so I thought the longer leg length in the same size would be perfect. One slight problem though..... the belt loops are stitched on through the "apparently" adjustable elastic - rendering the ability to adjust the waist useless. Luckily I'm handy with a needle and thread so I have been able to unpick the waistband and release the elastic and stitch it all back together. Fit beautifully now. Come on M & S, where's the quality control? We really shouldn't have to repair shoddy workmanship before we can wear your clothing!

Good length for a growing lad! Good to see that the brand caters for taller boys too. Material is rather flimsy and crumples easily, but noting a litlte/light starch cant sort out.
