Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Ordered these flowers for my wife on her birthday, delivered to home, which arrived on time and presentation in the box was good. By pure coincidence, her mum sent the exact same bouquet (ordered separately and from a completely different location) which arrived via the same courier. First impressions were positive, a nice 'show' of flowers and literally an abundance of pastel tulips with the two bouquets, though disappointed from there. Within a couple of days the flowers were wilting and my wife had to repeatedly trim the stems to get any life out of them, pretty much they had gone by day 4. Would not recommend, as expected far better.

I bought these for a friend, as she loves tulips and has had a tough year, thought they might cheer her up. I was rather disappointed when she sent me a picture to thank me. Thought I’d give M&S another try but this is the second time I’ve bought flowers and they have been poor quality.
