No, I don't recommend this
This is the first piece of Male shapewear Ive ever dared to purchase and it does literally nothing to hide a very small beer belly. Thoroughly useless, I would argue worse only it’s proof of its attempts to be tight in how difficult it is to get over your head! 0/10 doesn't hide any shape at all

These are far better than I ever expected. Wearing one really does make a noticeable difference to your appearance if you’re like me and your physique lends itself to being on the luxurious side than a ripped with muscles gym freak. As expected, they do feel a bit snug when putting on, but once you’re wearing one it doesn’t feel at all restrictive. As one has come to expect with Marks clothing, the quality is good. They’re well made and the sizing is consistent. I am very pleased and will buy more, even though they’re quite pricy compared to normal vests.
