I love these culottes. They are lovely and silky, and are a perfect extra layer for when the weather starts to get a bit colder but it's not quite cold enough for leggings. I like them so much I have two!

Great for wearing under summer dresses. Quite cool and stops any rubbing. I wear instead of underwear so less layers and more comfortable than cycling shorts style underwear. I have 3 of them now.

Fab black pair of culottes. I had the nude colour already and figured the black might also be useful. Very comfortable and kept me cool on London transport during the July heatwave. Washes well and dries quickly.

Excellent for wide leg trousers

Excellent to wear under linen trousers. I have four pairs of linen trousers that are quite see through in bright sunlight. No one seems to line wide leg trousers anymore. These are perfect to prevent that happening. Wouldn’t wear with skirt though, as some reviews mention, that feels odd to me, a regular slip works better with skirts.

I am 5ft3 size 18, the fabric lovely and cool but the size - they are ok on the hips and top of legs but the waist came to just under my bust and length of the legs came well below my knees. Therefore I had to shorten top and bottom and now they fit perfectly.
