Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The quality was disappointing. I have ordered that bouquet before and it is normal of very good quality. It is possible that the extreme heat was a factor as the bouquet was wilting and some leaves started yellowing. It was not the expected standard. They were replaced but the second was only marginally better. It was for my sister’s birthday so the condition was doubly disappointing.
