Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I ordered the blush pink roses for a friend who is ill. I specifically chose a pale soothing shade. She sent me a photo which showed bright pink flowers. Nothing like ‘blush pink’. To be fair when I phoned M&S they sent a fresh order. But it really shouldn’t have happened at all.

Candle lovely and roses in good condition. However they were basically pink not blush. I appreciate the description says colours vary according to season but these really couldn’t be described as blush, ie cream with a hint of pink.
