Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

How can I headline something I haven't seen?
It is a bit silly to ask me for a review of the roses that I ordered as they were to send to someone else! I have not seen the roses - therefore I cannot give a review on them. If I ask the recipient - I suspect they will say they were lovely even if they weren't!

I bought these for my sisters birthday. They arrived looking a little sorry for themselves and my sister was a tad disappointed. Once she had placed them in water they did perk up a little but didn’t look anywhere near as nice as the ones in the photo. I wouldn’t buy these again.

I ordered the blush pink roses for a friend who is ill. I specifically chose a pale soothing shade. She sent me a photo which showed bright pink flowers. Nothing like ‘blush pink’. To be fair when I phoned M&S they sent a fresh order. But it really shouldn’t have happened at all.
