Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I was abroad and heard that a friend at home had fallen. She was in hospital for a few days and to cheer her up I ordered the roses to be sent to her home for her arrival. They arrived on time and she loved them. I gave a four star rating because they were yellow and the description said blush. From that description I thought they would be pink or at least cream or white with pink. However they were still beautiful and arrived in good condition.
