Item great, delivery pants
Yes, I recommend this
The chair itself is great however the delivery was anything but. The driver refused to deliver the chair to a first floor flat despite there being a lift and that the recipient was an elderly, disabled gentleman. Really very unhappy about the delivery and have already complained about it to M&S and DPD but absolutely no response. No the sort of service you expect!

Yes, I recommend this
As this chair was only available online we could not look at it and test it out before buying. The fabric was disappointing as not what I would say was velvet as such. However the colour was great and now getting used to it.
