Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I was expecting a better quality of rose bearing in mind I purchase M&S flowers in store these blooms were for a friend who had a bereavement I would have been better visiting in store and purchasing roses cutting them myself and finishing off with a ribbon doubtful I would purchase flowers online again so glad I didn’t go for a more expensive bouquet as I’m sure I would have been disappointed.
