Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

A beautiful bouquet which was very similar to the photo. The flowers are starting to fade and have about six left which are still looking pretty good coming up to three weeks. The colours are delicate cream with a hint of green on the outside with a beautiful delicate pink. Wonderful amount of flowers and worth the money. One irritation I chose a day for delivery and they arrived one day early what is the point of selecting a particular day if M and S cannot fulfil this request. This was the downside to a very positive purchase.

I sent these flowers to my Sister In Law for her birthday. I have have a bad experience with M & S flowers before but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately there was no card included in the envelope so my Sister in Law had to put a message on our family app to try to establish who had sent them. Once she had established it was me I asked her to send me a picture and I was relieved that the flowers did infact look fine (as I would have picked myself in the shop) so that was very pleasing.

I didn't actually see the bouquet as it was sent as a birthday gift to S-i-L 170 miles away, but as was told they were beautiful, repeated by all the other recipients to whom I have sent M&S flowers in the past. If they were happy, then so am I.

Disaster
Unfortunately the flowers were delivered without the greetings card so the recipient didn't know who they were from and had to ask on Facebook who had sent them! Also although the correct address was on the flowers they were left at the local community centre, and the warden had to contact the recipient to pick them up. I've ordered lots of flowers in the past without any issues but this time it was a disaster, especially as the flowers were for my friend whose mum had passed away.
