Very Disappointing
I ordered 2 x Bay Trees for either side of my porch and was so disappointed when they arrived. One tree was much shorter than the other and sparse and both trees had many brown leaves, in all very poor quality to say the least, certainly not M & S standard!

Something for the outdoors was ideal as this was somewhere that meant a great deal to the lady who had a birthday whilst still coming to terms with a very recent bereavement. A company renowned for quality, the trees arrived beautifully packaged with a flash of ribbon.
