I brought this for my friends 50th, delivered to her holiday home. She sent me a picture of the flowers and I was so disappointed, did not look the value more like a £30 bouquet rather than £60, M&S did refund me as I was so disappointed.

This expensive bouquet was disappointing as the roses in particular were not in M&S’s usual tip top condition. Outside petals were turning brown at the edges, pity.

Delivered on 31/03 for my wife on our anniversary, but never lasted as they usually do (half are now in the bin). Had these a couple of times before, but they lasted much longer. Perhaps something to do with the non-watered delivery? Or maybe they just had the Covid!! Not good value/good quality this time round.

I ordered this for my Mum’s 90th Birthday present. I was so disappointed that the outer petals on the roses, especially the white ones were browning and curled. Mum’s birthday was on a Sunday and these arrived on the Saturday. M&S did not have a courier to deliver replacement on the Sunday but they did deliver a replacement on the Monday. These were much better. And 1 week later they are still looking good. These sprays are delivered without water and I wonder if sometimes roses suffer if not kept hydrated. I passed this thought on to the customer care person who took my call. Had I just received the second spray it would have been 5*
