Archie Table Lamp

Fabulous lamp. Sadly the bulb shade was marked and rust on the stand so we were sent a replacement which sadly was the same. Unfortunately decided to return.

Looks lovely as a bedside lamp, only thing is that it is quite easy to knock over (the base isn’t as heavy as it should be)

Lovely but disappointed not to receive a bulb with it... Had to go out again just to buy a bulb

These lamps were to replace 2 similar bedside lamps which were not working, They have a good heavy base and give a good light for reading in bed by being able to direct the light source in the required direction. Also not intrusive if one of you want to read and the other wants to sleep. I found the price very resonable my previous lamps had been twice the price of these. I was concerned when I read a previous review regarding the black cable but I found that this blended with the marble base.

Beautiful copper colour lamp, which has a firm base. Bought with special discount promotion, so was extremely good value.

This is a really cool lamp, well-made, on a stable, slightly sparkled "crushed" marble base, which is nicely retro for our old house. Because the bulb size is small and the shade is solid rather than clear, and the head itself has a tilt mechanism, it can be tilted to suit where it's needed (to shine on a book when reading, for instance) and also easily tilted away from where it isn't needed (to avoid glare on the tv for instance). Really pleased with it, but the amount of packaging was truly absurd!

I love the height and shape of this new lamp for my office desk and the marble base is a nice feature. It came exceptionally well wrapped and protected. It has an easy to adjust angle poise and give a great amount of focused light. Be aware that as the lamp is metal housing it does get hot when used. The only downside for me, and the reason I could not give it 5 stars across the board is because of the black electrical wire from the white marble base. It looks cheap and glaringly obvious. Such a shame it wasn't in white. Still, it's very well made and excellent value for money.

I've coveted this lamp for ages and when it came on offer I snapped it up. It looks modern, stylish of good quality and everything I wanted in a table lamp.
