Bought these in the sale so I had a formal heel pair of shoes for my teacher training. I decided to size up from a 6 to a 6 1/2 as my feet sometimes need extra room when wearing heels in warmer weather. Perfect fit, love the block heel - definitely no tripping or wobbling in these heels. Lovely quality, would definitely buy again. Only design improvement would be a longer strap. I am a UK size 12/14 in clothes and I personally will need to punch a new hole into this heel strap past the end hole as these are too tight around the ankle. But that is an easy fix.

I have these in both colours and love them. They are extremely comfortable and a perfect fit both length and width for me. My only criticism is that the ankle strap could do with another hole, I had to punch one for comfort. Front view they make your feet look extremely elegant, very flattering and just the right height to be comfortable for work. I really wish they would also do these in leather and maybe with a straight block heel. Glad I bought them.

Bought these shoes in beige 5.5 my normal size and they fit perfectly. I have a slightly wider foot at the front and still found these ok. They will look nice with a summer dress for work. Bought in the sale so excellent value.

Bought these shoes for the holiday to wear them in the evenings. I wore them around the house to break in, and they seemed fine. Though, not comfortable for the sole at all. Had to add silicone spots to stop them rubbing on the heel! These shoes are really hard. On holiday went out for a dinner, and within 5 minutes of walking, had to turn around and return to the hotel to get them off. One of the straps completely rubbed my skin off near where the buckle was. On holiday now, unable to wear the shoes i've planned with my outfits. At least my daytime boots looks good with most of the clothes I've packed. But these M&S shoes are for the bin, not bringing them back to the UK. So wasted £30 on shoes worn for 5 minutes. Would not recommend them at all.

I got a regular size 5. Lovely on, would go with anything, however I returned them as it was a bit tight round the toes. A half size up would've worked. The part of the shoe between the heel and toes, around where the arch should be, is very narrow. I have narrow feet but I wasn't sure about relying on it all day as it wouldn't be hugely supportive. I wished they would've worked as I really liked how they looked on!
