Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The bouquet arrived in perfect condition and was huge. Since it has arrived the blooms have continued to open to display their gorgeous colours and have completely filled one vase, so much so that we had to move some of the flowers into a second vase just so that they could have room to expand to their full size. Amazing bouquet and worth every penny. They were bought as a birthday gift and the delight shown by my wife upon receiving it was a pleasure to behold.

Beautiful Peonys
Delivered on time and well presented. There were 17 flowers, more than expected, and they have come from bud to full bloom wonderfully. The only small downside was that they were all white, rather than the pink flowers that I ordered.

Where's the note M&S?

Flowers beautiful and long lasting. However once again M&S did not include the note. So recipient had to ask around to find out who sent them which was really rather embarrassing. This is the second time that has happened.
