They're super soft and not a very technical material, so I use them both for working out (spinning, running) as well as every day wear. Definitely my go-to leggings, and I love the color offerings.

These leggings are soft and super comfy! I l’m 5’9, 167 pounds. I bought a medium and they fit well. They stay in place while I squat using the Smith Machine. I bought 3 more colors. Love them!
