Ali Too difficult to get out without pump I've been using the liquid facial soap for 10+ years. I have arthritis in my hands and, since they changed the packaging from a bottle with a pump, I have found it really difficult to squeeze the soap out of the hard bottle. A softer tube please ? Unfortunately I didn't keep an old bottle to top up. Before liquid soap I used to use the Three Little Soaps but these don't seem to be available any more. I always found that the large bar of soap was too big and anyway, it doesn't seem to have the option of buying with a soap dish any more....could we not have the option to buy a dish separately? Maybe I should try one of the cleansing products instead but I'm really just needing a facial wash

Mrsr58 No Substitute This is nothing like as good as the Soap Bars Please don't discontinue them, the product is not a good substitute for me. Not as foaming or clean feeling. I have used Clinique soap over 30years.

Zazou1 Not as good as the CLINIQUE bar soap This product does not rinse as well as the CLINIQUE bar soap - the feeling on the skin is not as fresh.

Laust Painful red skin I'd used this in the past with good results but no such luck this time. My skin is now really red, dry and painful. I'm hoping it clears up soon as I'm really conscious of it and in some discomfort.

BG Drying out skin I have been using Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Oily Skin 200ml for a few weeks and I am finding the product is drying out my skin to much sadly.

Diana Bottle changed Not an improvement All About Clean is the only cleanser I have ever used - for more than 30 years! - but sadly, now I am looking into changing to another brand. This is not because the product itself, but because the change from the pump to the current bottle makes it impossible for me to dispense the cleanser.

Raychelle Terrible bottle, fantastic product I've been using this for over 30 years, but sadly I will have to find an alternative, as the new style bottle makes it impossible for me to use. I have osteoarthritis, and I have actually damaged my hand trying to get the cleanser out of the bottle. It's hugely disappointing as I love the product and the old pump action bottle worked really well.

Carrie09 Very drying on my face Been using this for a few weeks. Started to use it when first purchased it but found my skin which is very sensitive was very prone to outbreaks and pores appeared more blocked. Also the smell is very much like cheap soap not like the previous liquid soap I have purchased from Clinique. I stopped using it and reverted to another brand which improved my skin tone within a week. This week I started to use this product again only to develop spots and enlarged pores again. Sadly very disappointing as I have used Clinique for a long time but will be throwing this away, Not impressed with new product and also packaging is very awkward. Sadly the company's response to other views about the packaging is to trot out the 'environmentally friendly' packaging which sadly like this product doesn't wash.

Jenny11x Bottle awful Changed the bottled and impossible to get product out. Been using this product years. Not very inclusive is it? Unless you have the strength of an elephant the bottle is too hard. I've stopped using it as I don't have time to wrestle with it and my hands hurt. It either comes out too much or not at all. For the first time the bottle has sat in my bathroom untouched for days. Have switched brand for first time in ages. The old pump was amazing - hygienic and dispensed the right amount. Now I use another brand's cleanser I'm likely to transfer over to them for everything else. I need my skincare accessible and convenient. Listen to the feedback - you're giving away your profits.

Beth Love it Very gentle on skin, no residue feeling left, face feels fresh and soft after using this and doesn't cause my skin to react like many many other products I've used. Use this twice a day and would never use anything else.

Bexter78 5* for soap 2* for packaging Iv use your facial wash for many years and Iv loved the pump as I know 1 pump is enough to wash my face and kneck. So I have no waste. I have struggled to get the lid off the new packaging. I'm not sure why you have changed the packaging, but please change it back!!

Lizzie Not user friendly I have used Clinique facial soap for many years and have also bought it for my daughters and they really like the product too. However, the last time I ordered it it came in the new style bottle without the pump and, as I can now see from other reviews, it is virtually unusable. I cannot squeeze the bottle enough to get the cleanser out. This is not helped by the fact I have arthritis in my wrists so it's even a job to lift up the top as it is quite stiff. I will not purchase again unless they revert to an easier bottle. 3 stars for product if you can get it out, zero points for bottle.

Olivia Made my skin very sensitive I bought this a few weeks ago after a couple of days using it my skin became extremely sensitive to the touch becoming red, I had to use a calming balm to put on my face, sorry won't be using it again I will throw it away or give it to someone else.

ldc New packaging Like many other reviews I have to say I really dislike the poor design of the current packaging. It looks pretty on the shelf but is totally impractical to use especially when you get down to about a third of the product. The plastic is too hard to squeeze and if you leave upside down it's extremely difficult to open the cap without breaking a nail. Please bring back the pump (I've been using for years). The 3 stars I've given is for the product itself.... zero stars for the packaging.

Sunshine Cat Horrendous new packaging I have used this for years and love the product. The reason for 3 stars of the awful change in packaging. The pump dispenser was perfect, why not give us the option of purchase with or without, or put the lid at the bottom. The bottle is made of very hard plastic making it very difficult to get out of the bottle. Not a good move on your part.

Sloggy1981 Fab product, awful packaging I love this facial soap but why did they design the packaging this way? Most face washes have the flip lid at the bottom because it's logical that way. I also have to use my nails to open the lid as it's so hard to do. Please sort it out Clinique!
