I bought this box as a treat for my daughter following a small operation. All went well until it spent the whole day in a DPD van out for delivery on one of the hottest days of the year. The contents had suffered and I don’t think I would have sent it if I had known how it would arrive. I contacted M&S who reimbursed me 50% of the cost which I was happy with.

Got these as teachers presents, it does say on the description that the items are perishable but I think 2 days doesn’t give much time to order and give them out. It would mean leaving the ordering until the very last minute, hoping it comes in time and getting it to the teacher the very next day before 4 of the items in it go out of date!
