Poor Fabric Quality—Shrunk On First Wash

No, I don't recommend this
Just washed this top for the first time (by hand) and it has shrunk quite considerably. Given that it is a short top there isn't much room for shrinkage. Really disappointing, can't wear it again, waste of money.
