Back on track

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the GTS23, but they’re getting a little tired now. The GTS24 were a bit more cloggy. Just didn’t look right. These GTS25 are back on track. Sleek. Comfortable. Perfect. Please don’t change them (except for slightly more cushioned insoles oerhaps).

Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing only Brooks gear (apparel and footwear except when I cycle or ski or walk my dog in the snow) since May 2004. Over the years I’ve worn different models. I’ve been wearing Adrenaline GTS for 2-3 years once I realized I prefer the weight and stability/support better than Ghost Max which was my previous choice.

Comfortable for overpronation
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the new Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 for a little over four weeks, and I’m very pleased with the shoe so far. I use the the shoe every day for both walking and running. I’m coming to Brooks from the ASICS Kayano, which is well-known for supporting overpronation. Before switching, I researched and test-wore several models—including the Hoka Arahi 8, Kayano 32, Ghost 17, Nike Structure, Pegasus 41, Vomero, and others—to understand what best fits my feet. I decided to give it a try to see how it performs for my overpronation, arch type, and overall comfort. I’m genuinely impressed with the results so far. I’ll come back with my 90-day verdict on how well it holds up.

Blisters!

I ended up sending them back. The seam that was added on the 24 is still present on the 25. I have never experienced blisters with running shoes, but the 24s gave me them consistently in the same spots. I was hoping this issue had been fixed for the 25s since it’s such a widespread problem for so many, but unfortunately it hasn’t been. I’m giving Glyceriens a try next. Hopefully the Adrenaline 26s have the issue fixed.

Brooks never fail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shoe for lifestyle. Looks good, feels good and supportive, and very durable with quality. I’ve been a Brooks fan fave from the Levitate 1. This shoe has the resemblance with the silver sole.

Yikes! What happened to my beloved Adrenalines?
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
Yikes! What happened to my beloved Adrenalines? I've been a very loyal Adrenaline wearer for about 12 years now. Never had a problem with dozens of them over those years, until now! 1. First time ever getting a blister on the forward instep of my left foot. Have never experienced a blister there. Seems the fit changed from the last generation. Did it get narrower? 2. What's up with the fish-mouth at the shoe opening? This serves terrifically as a debris funnel and serves no real purpose other than to collect sand, twigs, pine needles and snow. Why is this feature there now? Make it go away! 3. The tongue has developed a horrible fold on it's underside and causes a discomforting pressure point on the top of both feet. Leaves a mark after every run. I don't recall this ever happening with previous generations. 4. A pull loop on the heel. Really? Easy fix with scissors. Please bring back the Adrenaline similar to the 24 and earlier generations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've put about 60 miles on these shoes and I have nothing bad to say. Super comfortable and well made. I had originally ordered the 24's and they felt tight on my feet. These feel perfect. If you're looking for a shoe with a little extra room in the toebox then this is the one for you. They feel roomy without feeling loose. Shoe fits true to size.

Stable Comfort
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rotate between my neutral (glycerin) and stability shoes for days I just need a little support. These shoes are more responsive than the glycerin so I like running in it for my easy progressive runs. Only knock i have have after 35 miles (6 runs) are the shoe laces tend to get undone... a lot. The ride is what I expected the adrenalines to be. I have wider than normal feet so a little shift to the insole had to be made. The gts rail on the inside gave me a blister on the first run. Wide shoes tend to be too wide for me so I opt for the regular width. Lock down is good, cushion is good, uppers are comfortable, great running shoes overall.

A Step Above the Adrenaline 24s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! The Adrenaline lineup has been my go-to for years but the Adrenaline 24s were not great and I had to return them (too narrow and too stiff) The Adrenaline 25s so far have been a winner! Pros: Roomy toe box -but not too roomy Elasticized around the ankle to feel good and keep rocks out Love the stretchy heel-loop! Helps me get these shoes on with ease! The tread is enough to grip but not enough to pick up small rocks that have to be dug out all of the time -which I appreciate. Cons: The outer soles of these super soft and squishy unlike other GTS soles which are more firm. I usually need a more firm feel for both balance and comfort. Still doing okay with these but it’s only been a week and I don’t have many solid miles in on them yet. Time will tell! The mid area of the shoe is a bit too roomy feeling for me. I have to snug the shoe down quite a bit to get the feeling I like but it could just be a me thing. Lack of color selection. Hoping that will change. Unknown: The past 3-4 Brooks I owned, one of the reasons I returned them were because the outer soles wore out very fast! Especially in the ball of my foot area. Hoping these are better? Too soon to tell. Overall these are have been aces over the other Brooks I have tried out this year (2025) and for me at least, much improved over the Adrenaline 24s. Hoping to keep these for a while but only time will tell. Glad to see the improvements though! Brooks seems to listen to feedback so heres hoping these will be the ones!
