These are a moist/delicious brownie (my grandchildren's comments). Quality product that I send to my adult grandchildren at Easter and throughout the year if they have a success or are unwell. Unfortunately this time the delivery service let M&S down, the box was open with 2 brownies missing. Customer service was excellent and sent an immediate replacement.
