After first wash I found all my washing tied up in a black thread... eventually freed all items to discover culprit was the black pair which had unravelled on inside waistband. Hoping the others don't do the same.

Yes I bought these anti-chaff knickers to wear under summer dresses and skirts but I’ve found an even better use for them as well . I wear dungarees to garden in and spend all my time pulling my knickers up enter anti-chaff no more loosing my knickers they are brilliant and they keep my back warm too in this cold windy spring we are having thank you M&S .

These knickers are great, they are soft, breathable and the leg length is good which helps with chafing. They do not move/ride up. Highly recommend. Size is true too. I have the traditional anti chafe pants too but these are lighter and erhaps better for the summer. They dont have any padding so not sure why they are called cycling shorts tho :)

Needed some cycling shorts as I like to wear shorter dresses in the summer and Im not going to scare the general public showing my lady gusset if a gust of wind takes my dress. They aren't the most aesthetically pleasing shorts and I'm sure no partner is going to go wild with lust seeing you in them but to protect my modesty and everyone elses blushes it makes me feel a lot more confident wearing a short dress in the summer

I purchased these with some scepticism as most cycling shorts ride up, however these do not and I am very happy with my purchase. My only niggle is that I would have liked a 5 pack of nude as most summer clothing is light colours and you cannot wear the black or the white under these. As I am a size 18 to 20 I purchased the 20 to 22 size, to accommodate my athletic thighs. The feel of the shorts is lovely and smooth,

Can’t try on without breaking the tab

I really liked the sound of these and although they are nice, they ride up on my leg (yes I have the correct size). Unfortunately they come all clipped together so you are unable to try on, had they not been I would have returned them as they fit isn’t right and at £40 I feel I have wasted my money as I can’t wear them and I can’t return them. Therefore, based on this I would not recommend.

Having tried several brands of anti chafe shorts, the M&S ones are the best by a mile. Good fit, good thickness and don’t roll up. A godsend if you like to wear dresses and skirts in the summer. True to size and this multipack is good value.
