Bought for my autistic daughter who is 4. It is so refreshing to see accessible items in the high street for once. Children and young adults who need adaptive clothing should not have to shop away from the high street. It is a lot of people who are disabled and can suddenly be disabled. The items were the usual amazing M&S Quality. Wash well and dry well. So thankful for these.

I was delighted to see these body suits available as they are perfect for myself as I have incontinence issues and these are perfect for keeping pull up incontinence pants securely in position as well as keeping me warm too. The largest size 15-16 was just about the right fit for myself however I’m surprised that M&S do not make larger sizes available for adults with the same health requirements as myself as I’m sure there would be big demand for them.

They look very good quality, but are smaller than expected. The "15-16" are marked 32" waist, EU 176, but are too small for someone with a 30" waist and closer to 170cm height. A pity as this 3 pack was significantly cheaper than even one item from a company that specialises in this kind of clothing.
