I bought these as I’m so tired of wearing sanitary towels - I thought they’d be much more comfortable than towels but I actually found I really didn’t like the feeling of my pants being wet. I’m not sure if that’s how they’re supposed to work…but that’s how they felt to me. I was also a bit paranoid about leaking and I actually did leak (day 2 of my period - heavy flow - had the pants of for 6 hours) I think they would be good for nighttime, maybe, or at the end of my period when my flow is lighter but they’re not the miracle product I was expecting unfortunately….I will still be buying sanitary towels.

Kimmitubbs No worries! Excellent quality. I was a little nervous about how well they would cope at work. After a full day on my feet I can assure you they are great! I’m now less concerned than when I was using ‘traditional’ protection.

Technowend Fantastic pants for little bladder leaks These pants are fantastic for little bladder leaks. As I had an allergic reaction to bladder weakness pants someone recommended these pants. They are great and the fit is so good

lesleyhnchan Like them very much This is the second lot that I bought. They are really comfy and I like them that I can use less sanitary pads now. Saving money and the environment. Though I like them very much, there are things that can be improved. The pads are black in colour which I understand why but that makes it difficult to tell when to change them. And it would be ideal if the pads can be extended at the back so that I don't need to worry about leaking during night time.

mama Woman’s Confidence Pants They are better than panty liners , no plastic to add to pollution ! My only complaint they are a little on the large size .
