Bought these again this year after they went down a storm with my son last year (just changed the colour option!). My son prefers briefs generally but as he's getting older he's becoming more aware of his modesty (he's not into boxers - finds them too bunchy and loose) - these are great and solve the problem. He feels a bit more covered up than he would with briefs but comfortable, and they offer a good smooth fit under trousers.

Why change!

Have purchased M&S boxers(pack of 5) for my sons for years. Which were well made and extremely practical for school etc. These are poor fitting and not of the same quality! Please bring back the packs of cotton boxers which you have stocked for years. Will be buying underwear from another well known retailer in the meantime.

If it's not broke, don't fix it!

My 9 year old had these trunks previously and they were very comfortable and flattering. The design has now been changed: higher waist, shorter legs, centre back seam. Result: uncomfortable, unflattering underwear that has him fiddling with it all the time, as it rides up. Looks peculiar too. Why change from the original style? That was great, the new style is a waste of money. Sorry, M&S - very disappointed!

I have to buy these for my 4 year old twin grandsons in America because they are so soft.

Very comfortable - apparently

My son, who is 8 and has always known what he likes and doesn't like. says these are his favourites and they are very comfortable. He wears age 9-10 in these and is maybe slightly above average height. But I have always gone up a size in underwear anyway.
