This little rain jacket looks very cute and fits my grand daughter very well. My slight reservation is that it is not as warm as I thought it would be, as the comfortable under vest has no sleeves.

I bought this coat at Biggleswade and it came with a red body warmer which can be un - zipped and removed. It has elasticated sleeves and also has hi - viz strips for safety. Very good quality
